ITALIANO Le Mura è un podere che sorge isolato in un oliveto, nel Chianti fra Siena e Arezzo. Il podere è diviso in due: da una parte viviamo noi con il cane, mentre affittiamo l'altra metà. L'appartamento che affittiamo ha un suo giardino con un tavolo per mangiare all'aperto, ha l'ingresso indipendente ed è su due piani. Al piano terra ci sono una sala con area pranzo e caminetto, e una cucina anch'essa con caminetto. Al primo piano invece ci sono una camera con un letto matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli e un bagno (doccia su vasca). L'appartamento è fornito anche di telefono privato, lavatrice, riscaldamento autonomo e connessione internet wi-fi. Da tutte le finestre e dal giardino la vista sugli olivi e i boschi dei colli circostanti è molto bella e l'atmosfera molto tranquilla. Qui sotto potete trovare una pianta dell'appartamento con le misure. Le Mura è un ideale punto di partenza per lunghe passeggiate alla scoperta di piccoli borghi e castelli vicini. Pur essendo il podere isolato e tranquillo, nel giro di 10 minuti di macchina si possono trovare vari ristoranti o paesi e un ristorante è anche raggiungibile a piedi in 20 minuti. Ma stare alle Mura vuol dire anche avere un'ottima base per escursioni turistiche: Siena e Arezzo sono a mezz'ora di macchina, Firenze, Assisi, Perugia, il lago Trasimeno, San Gimignano, Montalcino e molte altre belle mete turistiche sono raggiungibili in un'ora o poco più. E se non volete dedicarvi solo al turismo, in neanche 15 minuti di macchina potete raggiungere un maneggio, un tennis, una piscina o delle terme. Altre informazioni? Contattateci! |

ENGLISH Le Mura is a quiet old farm house on the edge of an olive grove in the Chianti area of Tuscany between Siena and Arezzo. The house is divided in two: we live with our dog on one side, while we rent the other side. The rented accomodation is a two-story apartment with its own private entrance and a private garden with a table for eating outside. On the first floor there is a large living/dining room with a fireplace and a kitchen with another fireplace. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two single beds, and a bathroom (shower over bathtub). You will find a plan of the apartment below. From the garden and from all the windows the view on the olive trees, woods and surrounding hills is beautiful and the atmosphere very peaceful. The apartment has a telephone, a washing machine, efficient heating and fast wireless internet connection. Le Mura is the ideal starting spot for long hikes in the woods, passing fields, streams and nearby castles, and you can walk to a restaurant in only twenty minutes. Other restaurants and villages can be reached by car in 10/15 minutes' drive. But staying at Le Mura also means having a perfect base for longer excursions: Siena and Arezzo are only half an hour's drive away and you can reach Florence, Assisi, Perugia, lake Trasimeno, San Gimignano, Montalcino, Cortona and many other beautiful towns in one hour or little more. A horseback riding center is not even a ten minutes' drive away and a tennis court, a swimming pool or a spa are at only a quarter of an hour by car. Any other questions?
